By booking with Skye the Travel Matchmaker, you agree to the following:
Booking & Payment:
We will create tailored itineraries or find the right package for you. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Deposits and balances are required as per supplier terms.
Prices & Changes:
Prices are based on information at the time of booking and may change due to supplier costs, taxes, or currency fluctuations. Changes or cancellations by you may incur fees.
Cancellations & Insurance:
Cancellations must be in writing and may be subject to supplier fees. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation, medical, or personal loss.
Travel Documents:
You are responsible for passports, visas, and health requirements. We can advise, but compliance is your responsibility.
Liability:
We act as your agent and are not liable for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers. Our role is to arrange bookings carefully and professionally.
Communication:
We can communicate via email, phone, WhatsApp, or face-to-face to make planning easy and personal.
Protection:
Bookings including flights or ATOL-protected packages come with ATOL protection. Other arrangements may be ABTA-protected, ensuring peace of mind in the unlikely event of supplier failure.
Complaints:
Any issues should be reported to us promptly so we can assist in resolving them.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by English law
